360 Assessment Course

The use of 360 surveys is common in business and with career development professionals such as career coaches. Competencies in the area of 360 development, administration, and use can distinguish you as a provider of professional services.

I am offering a coaching telecourse I have created on the development and use of 360 instruments. The telecourse is designed for anyone who wants to integrate 360 surveys in their work and professional coaches will get ten (10) hours of CEU over a six week course that meets once per week. This course is usually considered a "coaching tools" course, though there is an emphasis on core competencies that is incorporated into the course as well as a practice building emphasis.

The breakdown of CCEU is as follows:

Core Competencies (CC) hours: 3.5 hours
Business development (BD) hours: 1.0 hours
Other skills or tools that are directly applicable to coaching (OT) hours: 5.5 hours
Total: 10 hours

This course will provide competencies in the development and use of 360 instruments in general as well as prepare participants to design customized 360 surveys for target niches. Participants experience a 360 process themselves during the course using William Aruda's personal branding 360 process and gain coaching experience around 360 surveys by coaching each other during the course. Certification for the Reach360 is separate from this 360 Assessment Course.

In addition, this personal branding 360 can help anyone design a more authentic marketing strategy around any business they own and want to grow.

I have used 360's over the course of my professional coaching career. This has included designing and using two different 360 instruments for target coaching niches. In addition I have used several other 360 instruments including two different standardized 360 instruments that I am certified to use. Finally I have used 360 interviewing techniques to supplement more formal 360 survey methods. There will not be a strong emphasis on 360 interviews in the course though a sample will be provided as a part of the course.
