Through small group
teleconference interaction, as well as specific work in dyads and
homework, participants will gain a more realistic understanding
of what leadership is, gain an understanding their own existing
leadership strengths, and develop a specific plan of how to develop
more as a leader. This plan will be implemented within an enviroment
of supportive accountability.

Course
Details:
Six week group coaching course structure,
first class 2 hours, subsequent classes 75-90 minutes. Time and
Days being considered: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday mornings,
or Tuesday Evenings depending on enrollees.
Enrollment limited to 10 people to keep
class size down.
Teleconference format to attract national
or international diversity.
Course includes
two individual leadership focused coaching sessions.
