Through small group teleconference interaction, as well as specific work in dyads and homework, participants will gain a more realistic understanding of what leadership is, gain an understanding their own existing leadership strengths, and develop a specific plan of how to develop more as a leader. This plan will be implemented within an enviroment of supportive accountability.

    (Note: Specific Arbinger Materials will not be a part of this leadership telecourse.)

Course Details:

  • Six week group coaching course structure, first class 2 hours, subsequent classes 75-90 minutes. Time and Days being considered: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday mornings, or Tuesday Evenings depending on enrollees.
