  • Silent T'ai Chi Retreat Check-in begins at 5 PM on the day of arrival. The first activity is at 7:00 PM
  • The Retreat Ends at 3:00 pm on Sunday.
  • The bedrooms at Mercy Center will be single occupancy unless you have made a double occupancy request and have been contacted that your request has been able to be fulfilled. Bathrooms are private or semi-private. Sheets, a blanket, a towel and wash cloth are provided. You might want to bring extra towels. Each floor of rooms has a public lounge with kitchenette area. So feel free to bring snacks, teas, soda etc (no alcoholic beverages please). Of course NO fireworks or firearms are allowed on the premises.
  • Food is prepared in the Mercy Center Dietary Department, has a home cooked flavor and is served cafeteria style. Vegetarian diets are accommodated if requested, but Mercy Center does not specialize in vegetarian meals.

Please return this form at least two weeks prior to the retreat if you need a ride to or from Lammert International Airport (STL) and Mercy Center. I will do my best to help coordinate rides to Mercy Center. This is the main airport in the area and the only one we are coordinating rides from.
